Last mile delivery will be handled by the destination country's postal service.

Delivery can take up to a 3-5 days once your order is fulfilled.

We do not provide international shipping for accessories or sealed products.
As all deliveries are handled by a third-party vendor (SingPost/DHL/Lalamove), ONE MTG is not liable for orders that are lost, damaged or delayed.
In the event of lost, damaged or delayed orders that are handled by SingPost, please visit the SingPost Customer Service enquiry page to submit a ticket (along with your tracking number).
Once SingPost's investigations have been completed and your order has been declared lost/damaged, we can assist to submit a claim from SingPost.
Do take note that SingPost's liability is limited to the following:
